Refunds & Returns

If any goods are not to your satisfaction, do not perform the task required or are faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact G2 Solutions by phone or email to request a replacement, repair or credit for the goods. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the goods.

We will issue an RA (Return Authorisation) number, which you should mark clearly on the packaging of the goods when returning to our head office at Unit 3, 95 Riverside Place, Morningside. Returning such goods to our head office is at the customer's cost.

Customers cancelling orders after goods have been picked may incur a 15% restocking fee. Such fee shall be at the sole discretion of G2 Systems P/L.

Customers cancelling orders after the goods have been despatched must apply for an Return Authorisation number as detailed above.
Any goods returned with a carton that has a "broken vendor seal" or "broken security seal" will either be rejected for credit or incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Please note that G2 Solutions reserves the undisputed right to reject any goods deemed non-compliant with G2 Solutions return policy criteria.
